Terms of Service

1. Who we are
Migos AI (migosai.lol) is an independent AI video creation service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the recording group Migos, Quavo, Takeoff, their estates, Quality Control Music, Capitol Records, A COLORS SHOW, or any other artist, label, or production company. Any reference to a two-person orange-booth performance describes a visual style and does not imply endorsement or partnership.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You sign in with Google and must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account. Keep your Google account secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Plans and billing
Paid plans are sold in US dollars and processed by Stripe. Monthly plans renew each month and annual plans renew each year until you cancel. Prices exclude taxes or fees that may apply in your jurisdiction. By starting a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until cancellation. You can cancel from your billing settings; cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current period unless required by law.
4. Refunds
Except where a refund is required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide credits or refunds for partial billing periods, unused capacity or unused queue priority. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us within 14 days of the charge so we can review it.
5. Your uploads and permissions
You must own or have all necessary rights and consents for every photo, video, audio track, voice, face and other material you upload. If another person appears in your upload, you must have their informed permission to create and use the generated video. You may not upload images of celebrities or public figures, minors, or anyone who has not consented. You may not use copyrighted music, footage, lyrics or choreography without a license. You are solely responsible for your uploads and for any claim arising from them.
6. Generated content
Subject to these terms and your plan, you may use the output you generate. We do not guarantee that an output will be unique, accurate, error-free or protected by copyright, and similar outputs may be generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing every result before publishing it and for complying with advertising, privacy, defamation, election, consumer-protection and other laws that apply to your use.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Migos AI to create or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, violent, or that impersonates a real person or implies a false endorsement. You may not generate non-consensual intimate imagery, content involving minors, deepfakes intended to deceive, malware, spam, or material that violates another person's privacy or publicity rights. You may not scrape, resell, reverse engineer, overload or attempt to bypass the service, its queue, its access controls or its usage limits.
8. AI limitations and the queue
Generative video is probabilistic. Outputs may contain visual artifacts, identity drift, malformed hands, unwanted camera motion, incorrect text or other errors. Generation runs on shared capacity, so requests may wait in a queue and priority may depend on your plan. We may adjust limits, models, features or availability to keep the service stable. The queue displayed after a generation request is part of the product experience and may not correspond to a fixed completion time.
9. Our intellectual property
The Migos AI name, logo, interface, code, documentation and original site content are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. These terms do not grant you any right to use our branding except to refer accurately to the service. If you send us feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for other users or third parties, fail to pay, or use the service unlawfully. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, disclaimers, indemnity and limitation of liability, will survive.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100.
13. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Migos AI and its officers, employees, contractors and service providers from claims, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your uploads, generated content, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms or another person's rights.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the courts of Hong Kong, unless mandatory consumer law in your country gives you another forum.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If a change materially affects your subscription, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.
