1. Who we are
Migos AI (migosai.lol) is an independent AI video creation tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the recording group Migos, Quavo, Takeoff, their estates, Quality Control Music, Capitol Records, A COLORS SHOW, or any other artist, label, or production company. References to a two-person orange-booth performance describe a visual format and do not imply a partnership.
2. Information we collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile image and Google account identifier. We also store the plan you select, subscription status, prompts you submit, photos or audio you upload, generation metadata, and support messages you send us.
3. Payments
Checkout, renewals, invoices and refunds are processed by Stripe. Your full card number and security code are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout and never reach our servers. We receive limited billing details such as your email address, plan, amount, currency and payment status.
4. Photos, audio and generated content
We process the photos, audio and prompts you provide only to operate the service, produce your requested output, and maintain your library. You must have permission to use every face, photo, voice and audio track you upload. Do not upload images of celebrities or public figures, minors, or any person who has not consented to this use.
5. Cookies and analytics
A session cookie keeps you signed in. If analytics is enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation to understand aggregate page views and interactions. Analytics never receives your uploaded photos or prompts. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser without losing access to the core site.
6. How we share information
We share data with service providers that help us run Migos AI, including Google for authentication, Stripe for payments, and our cloud hosting, storage, email and analytics providers. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users or the service.
7. Retention and deletion
Account details and generated content are retained while your account is active. You may delete individual creations from your library or delete your account from the account settings page. Deleting your account removes your profile and associated content from our active systems, subject to limited records we must keep for tax, fraud-prevention, dispute or legal reasons.
8. Security
We use encrypted connections, access controls and reputable infrastructure providers to protect your information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a secure Google account and contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
9. Children
Migos AI is not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or purchase a plan. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. International processing
Our providers may process information in the United States, the European Economic Area, Hong Kong and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate contractual safeguards for international transfers.
11. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. You can exercise these choices from your account settings or by emailing us. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service evolves. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated through the site or by email where appropriate.
